摘要
在自行设计的闭循环试验台上,研究放电电极在不同间距情况下对粉尘收集的影响,讨论电除尘器电极与极板灰堆积特性的相关性。选取循环风量700m3/h、粉尘初始浓度120~200g/m3、46kV工作电压、收集40~50s,极板挂灰量的理论计算厚度为4mm。结果表明,灰形状为长方形,中心部位灰厚度较厚,四周边缘部位灰较薄;灰形状分布与电极结构相对应,芒刺针尖对应部位灰堆积最厚,芒刺中轴线对应部位灰堆积相对较薄;不同电极间距,芒刺对应位置灰的堆积密度相近约0.9g/cm3,只在单电极时堆积密度明显降低不足0.6g/cm3。
The characteristics of collected dust layer were studied using a laboratory ESP. Experiments were performed with different electrode distances, from 22 mm to 330 mm, and also with a single discharge electrode, with discharge of 40 to 50 seconds of voltage 46 kV, of inlet dust concentration 120 to 200 g/m^3 and at flow rate of 700 m^3/h. Ash layer thickness collected on the plate is about 4 mm in average. It is observed that the typical shape of the collected dust is rectanglar and the dust in the center is much thicker than elsewhere, which almost keeps constant.
