磷化氢与烯烃反应的原位NMR研究──含氧有机膦的合成

摘要 应用加压原位核磁共振技术,在反应温度75~80℃、反应压力1.0~2.0MPa、氘代苯溶剂和偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂的条件下,考察了磷化氢与十一烯酸、油酸、亚油酸、6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮和乙酸乙烯基酯的自由基加成反应。原位31PNMR谱表明,除油酸和亚油酸之外的其它3种含端位双键(C=C)的含氧烯烃,均可与磷化氢发生加成反应而得到不同取代的含氧三价有机膦化合物,该反应仍为串行机理。 Under the following reaction conditions:temperature 75~80℃,pressure 1 0~2 0MPa,solventC 6D 6,initiator AIBN,the reactions of undecyclenic acid,6-methyl-5-heptene-2-one,vinylacetic ester,oleic acid and linoeic acid with PH 3 were studied by using the pressurized in-situ NMR technique Expermental results indicated that the primary,secondary,and tertiary phosphine compounds were obtained in the reactions of PH 3 with three olefins except oleic acid and linoleic acid The results from in-situ 31 P NMR spectra also indicated that the reactions proceed with a sequential mechanism
