摘要
【研究目的】筛选新型的植物源杀菌剂,对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的有效防治具有重要的理论意义。【方法】使用平板打孔法对30种中草药的乙醇提取物进行了抑菌活性筛选,并且使用液体培养法和离体叶片法对其防效进行验证。【结果】五倍子、丁香、地榆的乙醇提取物对黄瓜细菌角斑病菌具较强的抑制效果;通过液体培养法得到3种提取物的EC50分别为13.462、19.745、36.802 mg/L;离体叶片试验表明,五倍子提取物在活体上有较好的保护作用,防效可达60%;丁香和地榆提取物的保护作用并不明显;3种提取物均未表现出治疗作用。【结论】经过筛选,3种提取物对测试病菌具有一定程度的抑制作用,只有五倍子在离体叶片上表现出较好的防效。
[OBJECTIVE]Screening of new plant bactericides will benefit the effective control of the cucumber angular leaf spot. [METHOD]The ethanol extracts from thirty species of Chinese herbs were tested for the antibacterial activities against Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans by agar-well diffusion, and three of these extracts was further tested by bacteria liquid culture method and on detached leaves. [RESULTS] Galla chinensis, Syzygium aromaticum and Sanguisorba officinalis Linn. had strong inhibitory activity to P. syringae pv. lachrymans, and EC50 were separately 13.462 mg/L, 19.745 mg/L and 36.802 mg/L, by bacteria liquid culture method. Tested on detached leaves, G. chinensis had a better protective effect, and the control effica- cy reached to 60%; the protective effect of S. aromaticum and S. officinalis Linn. were not evident, and no one showed therapeutic effect. [CONCLUSION]Through screening, three ethanol extracts showed inhibition to P. syringae pv. lachrymans, only G. chinensis had a better protective effect on detached leaves.
