摘要
通过对雨水情自动传送系统及其数据库存储形式和防汛决策支持系统的分析,认为使用C#和SQL技术实现了雨水情信息数据库与防汛决策支持系统数据库的实时互联和转换,为政府部门进一步进行防汛决策和水文部门进行数据整编和处理提供了技术保障。
This paper introduces the automatic transmission system of rainfall-flood and its database storage form, flood prevention decision support system and implementation of real-time inter-connection and conversion of databases of rainfall-flood information and FPDSS by using technology of C# and SQL. This work provides a technical support for the government departments which carry out flood prevention decision and the hydrological department which process hydrologic data.
