"和谐大团队"理念是龙口水利枢纽工程建设管理局根据龙口工程建设实际,在认真总结和评价现状的基础上,创造性地提出的新理念。监理单位是业主建设管理的助手,能否正确运用权力是每个监理人员面临的重要课题。监理不仅要对业主负责,更要对工程项目负责。
＂Harmonized team＂ is a new concept created by the Longkou Water Project Construction and Management Bureau, based on summary of experiences and evaluation of current situation. Project supervisor plays a supporting role to the owner of the project in construction and management. It is key essential for all supervisors to properly use the power in their hands. The supervisors should not only be responsible for project owners, but also to the project itself.
