摘要
采用最新开发的模式识别优化技术—TA软件系统,对汽车零件装饰性镀铬最关心的镀层覆盖和光亮区长度与电流密度、镀液温度、H_2SO_4、CrO_3浓度等因素之间的非线性关系进行研究.结果表明:比之工业上常用的优化方法—正交试验法,TA软件技术能给出更准确的结论.
LS-III rear-earth element complex, as additives, can greatly improve the characteristics of chromium bath, such as throwing powert current efficiency, etc. A new pattern recognizing method-TA software technique has been applied for the non-linear relation between current density, temperature, H2SO4, CrO3 conoontrations and the deposit properties, among which we concerning most is the length of brighten area and the square of no-Cr deposit. Compared to the cross-pepanduler trials, the TA system can present much more better conclusion.
