肾原发性孤立性纤维性肿瘤伴发十二指肠间质瘤1例报告及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的:研究肾脏孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法:回顾性分析1例伴发十二指肠间质瘤的肾孤立性纤维性肿瘤的临床资料、病理组织学及免疫组化特点。结果:临床表现为上腹部肿块,CT发现左肾占位伴轻度积水,十二指肠空肠连接处结节。肾肿瘤组织学表现为无特征排列的梭形瘤细胞,伴大量胶原沉积,间质血管丰富,部分区域呈血管外皮瘤样改变;十二指肠肿瘤组织学外观类似平滑肌瘤。免疫组化:肾肿瘤瘤细胞CD34、CD99和bcl-2阳性,SMA、S-100、HMB45、CD117和Des均阴性;十二指肠肿瘤瘤细胞CD117、CD34和SMA均阳性,S-100弱阳性。结论:肾孤立性纤维性肿瘤少见,合并十二指肠间质瘤更是罕见。二者均具有低度恶性潜能,治疗以手术为主,确诊有赖于病理。
