摘要
食品(本实验以强化奶粉和乳果糖浆为试验品)经称量、溶解、过滤等简单预处理,水作为流动相,在 Beckman 碳水化合物分离柱中分离,柱温90℃,经示差折光检测器检测定量。本法的最低检测限为10μg/ml(n/s=3),在0.10~10mg/ml(绝对进样量为2~200ng)的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,精密度小于1.42%,样品回收率在95.50%~97.70%范围内。本方法预处理简单、方便、分离时间短、结果准确,是测定食品中乳果糖含量的好方法。
Samples(enriched milk powder,lactulose)through weighting,dissolving and filtering,with water as mobile phase,are separeted under Beckman carbohydrate column.The column temperature is 90℃,and a deflection refractometer detector is used for the detection and quantitation,The detection limit of this process is 10μ/ml(n/s=3),within the concentration range of 0.10~10mg/ml(absolute injection 2~200ng),this method shows a good linear correlation,with r=0.9997,precision<1,42%,sample recovery 95.50%~97.70%.Accordingly,the proposed method is satisfactory for the determination of lac- tulose in foods,especiaily owing to its simple pretreatment,short separation time and precise results.
