摘要
在竞争日益激烈的工程造价咨询行业,造价咨询企业的生存发展必须依靠拥有一支高专业素质和高专业水平的从业人员队伍。随着我国现阶段工程造价计价改革的深入,现有从业人员的知识结构已难以适应造价改革的需要。对从业人员进行在职培训是改善上述状况的有效途径,也是进一步提高造价咨询企业市场竞争力的重要手段。
In construction cost consulting industry with increasing competition, the survival and development of construction cost consulting firms must depend upon a professional team with high specialized quality and level, at this stage with the in-depth reform of construction cost in our country, the knowledge structure of the existing personnel has been difficult to adapt to the need of construction cost reform, through carries on the on-the-job training to the enterprise personnel is the effective way to improve this situation, but also is the important method to further improve the competitiveness of construction cost consulting firms.
