摘要
目前企业正向物流的重要性已得到普遍认同,对各种物流系统建立的研究也比较全面。但同时,与之相对应的逆向物流却没有受到足够重视,即使有研究,逆向物流更多所针对的是加工和制造企业,对于连锁零售业的关注程度明显较低。本文从连锁零售企业角度出发,分析了连锁零售企业实施逆向物流的必要性,介绍了逆向物流的一般流程中需要关注的几个方面。
