三维羧基氧桥联双核铜配合物[Cu_2(nta)(Phen)_3]NO_3·6H_2O的合成、表征与晶体结构

摘要 由H_3nta(H_3nta=nitriloriacetic acid)、Phen(Phen=1,10-phenanthroline)与Cu^(2+)离子反应,合成标题配合物[Cu_2(nta)(Phen)_3]NO_3·6H_2O。该配合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1/c。在配合物中,2个中心铜原子分别与配位原子构成变形八面体和变形三角双锥结构。晶体中结构单元通过分子间氢键和π-π堆积,形成了三维网络结构。TG分析结果表明标题配合物在194℃以下是稳定的。 The complex [Cu2(nta)(Phen)a]NO3-6H2O has been synthesized in CH3OH/H2O solution with H3nta, Phen and copper(Ⅲ), where H3nta=nitriloriacetic acid and Phen= 1,10-phenanthroline. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal belong to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.251 05(9) nm, b=1.559 62(1) nm, c=2.249 70(2) nm, β= 97.719 0(1)°, and V=4.349 8(5) nm^3, Z=4,μ(Mo Kα)=10.59 cm^-1, F(000)=2 112, R1=0.040 0, wR2=0.108 3 [I〉2σ(I)]. The two copper atoms locate in a distorted coordination octahedron and a distorted coordination trigonal bipyramid, respectivety. Three-dimensional coordination network is formed through intermolecular hydrogen bonds of O-H... O and the π-π packing action between phenanthrolines .The results of TG analysis show the title complex was stable under 194 ℃
