摘要
本文分析了剪毛机的剪毛刀振动、研磨周期短及剪毛缺陷的产生原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,文中着重研究了应用自磨镜效应和确保刃口的良好刃磨可大大延长剪毛刀的研磨周期的原由。
This article reasons the vibration of a loop cutting machines cutter, its short grinding cycle and shearing defects and puts forward corresponding measures for improvement. It studies emphatically the reasons why the self-sharping effect and good blade conditions can prolong the cutter's grinding cycle.
