摘要
目的:对盐酸小檗碱分散片进行含量测定,并对其质量标准作出评价。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(4.6 mm×250.0mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(40:60)为流动相;检测波长为263nm,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),柱温为35℃。结果:为盐酸小檗碱在2～20 mg·L^(-1)范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),回收率为99.76%。结论:该方法操作简便,精密度高,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of the dispersible tablet of Berberine Hydrochloride and to assess the quality standard of the tablets. METHODS The content of the tablets was determined with HPLC. The analysis was carried on Agilent Cls （4. 6 mm x 250. 0 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphate solution （40：60） and detection wavelength of 263 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULIS A good linearity was shown in the concentration range of 2 - 20 mg·L^-1 （r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery rate was 99. 76%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of products.
