摘要
线阵CCD正常工作需要有稳定的外部电路的支持。介绍了线阵CCD的工作原理,并结合工程项目所使用的TCD1208AP的特性,设计了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的驱动和数据采集电路。该电路各模块都利用标准VHDL语言编写,时序仿真的波形很理想,实际结果表明,该电路具有很强的实用性和先进性。
Linear CCD needs steady external circuit to ensure its work.In this paper,the working principle of linear CCD is introduced in this paper,and according to the characteristics of TCD1208AP,a kind of driving and data acquisition circuit is designed based on Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD).Each module in the circuit was designed by Very High Speed Hardware Description Language (VHDL),the result of timing simulation is perfect.The result indicate that this design has certain practicability and advantage.
