摘要
机械设计中存在许多不确定因素,其中包括随机性和模糊性,这些不确定性因素直接影响着设计的质量。文中对椭圆轴承的模糊可靠性设计进行了深入探讨,利用常规可靠性设计数据对椭圆轴承进行模糊可靠性设计建模,通过二级模糊综合评判获得许用可靠性设计指标,最后依靠M atlab软件编程求解。设计结果表明,由于模糊可靠性设计采集了影响设计的相关模糊信息,更贴近于实际设计环境,所以使设计对象的可靠度更准确,优于常规的可靠性设计。
There exist many uncertainty factors in machine design, among them includes the randomness and fuzziness, these uncertainty factors would affect directly the quality of design. Deep discussion has been carried through in this paper on the fuzzy reliability design of elliptical bearing, the modeling of fuzzy reliability design was carried out on the elliptical bearing by utilizing the data of conventional reliability design, the allowable reliability designing index was obtained by means of a secondary fuzzy synthetic judgement, and finally the solution was found depending on the Matlab software programme. The result of design indicated that due to the correlated fuzzy information that affecting the design has been collected by the fuzzy reliability design and it was pressed more close to the practical designing environment, therefore made the reliability of designing object more accurate and preceded to the conventional reliability design.
