摘要
目的了解二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对两种含氯消毒剂杀菌效果进行平行比较。结果以含有效氯150 mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸水溶液,对悬液中大肠杆菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值分别为6.71和7.62;对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值分别为5.37和6.47。以含有效氯200 mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸,对悬液中白色念珠菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值分别为4.75和6.41。以含有效氯1500 mg/L的二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸,对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10 min,平均杀灭对数值分别为2.47和7.51。结论在相同的有效氯浓度下,三氯异氰尿酸杀菌效果优于二氯异氰尿酸钠。
Objective To observe the bactericidal efficacy of sodium dichlomisocyanurate (NaDCC) and trichlomisocyanuric acid (TCCA). Method The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used in the parallel comparison of two disinfectants. Results The average killing logarithm values ofEscherichia coli in suspension exposed to 150 mg/L available chlorine solution of NaDCC and TCCA for 5 min were 6.71 and 7.62 respectively, and the average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus were 5.37 and 6.41 respectively at same conditions. The average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans in suspension exposed to 200 mg/L available chlorine solution of NaDCC and TCCA for 5 min were 4.75 and 6.41 respectively. The average killing logarithm values of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension exposed to 1500 mg/L available chlorine solution of NaDCC and TCCA for 10 min were 2.47 and 7.51 respectively. Conclusion At same concentration of available chlorine solution, TCCA was better than NaDCC in bactericidal efficacy.
