摘要
目的观察季铵化壳聚糖抗菌剂杀菌性能及稳定性能,探索其实际应用价值。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验室观察。结果以含季铵化壳聚糖200 mg/L该抗菌剂溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。以含季铵化壳聚糖1000 mg/L的该抗菌剂溶液对悬液中白色念珠菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。将季铵化壳聚糖抗菌剂原液密封储存于54℃存放14 d,其杀菌效果无变化。结论季铵化壳聚糖抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌以及白色念珠菌具有较强的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定。
Objective To observe the germicidal and stable efficacy of quaternary ammonium chitosan( QA - C) antimicrobial in order to explore its actual value as a disinfectant. Method The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used in the study. Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to 200 mg/L QA - C antimicrobial for 5 min, Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to 200 mg/L QA - C antimicrobial for 2.5 min, and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to 1000 mg/L QA - C antimicrobial for 5 min were 〉 5.00 respectively. Moreover, there is no obvious variation in the germicidal efficacy of QA - C when it was stored in 54℃ incubator for 14 days. Conclusion The QA - C antimicmbial solution has intensive bactericidal effect to E. coli, S. aureus and C. albicans , and good stability in the storage.
