以我国城市道路货运市场为背景,首先从总体上探讨了货运市场供求状况信息发布机制的内涵、结构和功能;其次,深入分析了货运信息的采集和加工中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议;然后,研究了道路货运信息发布系统的指标体系,提出了反映道路货运行业整体状况的市场景气指标和预警系统;最后,对道路货运信息的发布方式及信息反馈进行了研究。
The paper discusses the connotation, structure and function of supply/demand information proclaiming mechanism in road freight transport, analyzes the problems existing in the collection and processing of freight information, studies the index system of road freight information proclaiming system, puts forward the market prosperity index and early warning system and finally studies the information proclaiming and feedback methods.
