摘要 为了实现多工序条件下板材加工过程的应力演变分析,优化加工工艺,建立考虑初始残余应力的大尺寸板材校平、滚弯连续加工工艺下的有限元虚拟加工模型,分析连续加工过程对板材残余应力的影响.结果表明:校平过程使板材表面初始残余压应力向拉应力转变,对于板材心部的应力场影响较小.校平过程对板材表面的残余应力产生不利的影响.滚弯后表面都为压应力状态.而心部周向存在较高的拉应力状态.实验验证了有限元分析结果的正确性. The finite element models with initial residual stresses were established in order to analyze the residual stresses in the heavy gauge plate in continuous roll smoothing and three-roll bending process. The results impliy that the roll smoothing transforms the initial compression stress of the surfaces into the tensile stresses, while the compression stresses are obtained on both surfaces after the three-roll bending process. X-ray diffraction method was utilized to measure residual stresses on the surfaces of the plate and the measured result proves the validity of the established model.
