摘要
为了对任务准备阶段机群战备完好率进行更准确地评估,分析了飞机修复时间与备件满足率、备件供应时间、故障件的修理时间等保障因素的关系,给出了一般的修复时间分布函数,并建立了在给定任务通知时刻机群状态条件下机群战备完好率评估模型.通过一个算例说明该评估模型的有效性以及任务准备阶段维修保障能力对机群战备完好率的影响.
To accurately evaluate the operational readness of an air fleet at the beginning of a mission by analyzing the relation between maintenance time and maintenance support factors, we give a general distribution function of maintenance time, and develop a model on evaluating the operational readiness of an air fleet in the given state of the air fleet at mission notice time and maintenance support capacity during the mission ready period. Furthermore, we demonstrate the validity of this model and the effect of the maintenance support capacity on the operational readiness of an air fleet with an example.
