摘要
在硝酸氧化醇酮法生产己二酸工艺中,催化剂硝酸铜和硝酸钒的浓度是影响化学反应进程的一个重要因素,通过对化学反应原理研究和具体生产实践数据归纳分析,对Cu2+、V5+催化剂加入量配比进行优化,在适当增产的前提下,使化学反应按照预想的反应途径进行,最大限度地抑制副反应,提高化学反应的选择性,从根本上降低原料单耗,增加产品己二酸产量,供国内同类生产企业参考。
In the process of adipate production with alcohol - nitrate, the concentration of copper and vanadium nitrate is an important factor in chemical reaction process. Through the analysis of chemical reaction principle and the specific production data, this paper focuses on proportion optimization of Cu^2+ and V^5+ catalyst. Under the premise of increasing production, the chemical reactions are expected to go on in accordance with the desired way. With the analysis, it is supposed to maximally inhibit the side - reaction and improve the selectivity of chemical reactions. In the meantime, it can reduce the consumption of raw materials fundamentally and increase the production of adipate, which can provide a valuable reference for the domestic manufacturing enterprises.
