氟硅酸钠是一种重要化工产品,其用途相当广泛。氟硅酸钠的质量优良、性能稳定是用户大量有效使用的保证。详细分析了氟硅酸钠结块的原理和影响因素,从反应、干燥工艺控制入手,优化了加料方式,得到便于离心分离的产品,产品的颗粒形状不同、粒度分布不同,直接影响产品的干燥操作。产品的最终含水量越少和包装前温度越低,产品越不易结块。产品的码放高度和存放时间以及表面活性剂均能对产品结块造成影响。通过优化反应、干燥、冷却工艺控制可以防止产品结块。
Sodium silicofluoride is one of the important chemical products, which is widely used in different fields. The stable property and good quality are the basic guarantee of extensive use. In this paper, mechanism and influential factors of sodium silicofluoride caking were analyzed in detail. Starting from the process control of reaction and drying, the product which was easy to separate by centrifugation was obtained through optimizing the feeding way. The product's particle shape and particle size distribution will directly impact the drying operation. The lower the product's final moisture and temperature before packaging, the more difficuh the product becomes lumpy. The product's stacking height,storage time and surfactant all have influence on its caking. The caking of the product can be prevented by the optimization of process control of reaction, drying and cooling.
