摘要
基于泰曼格林干涉仪,用不同的激光器对不同表面粗糙度的物体进行了测量,详细研究了激光散斑的特性,找出其规律。理论和实验研究表明,增大激光波长和光学系统的物方孔径角,选择适当表面粗糙度的被测物体是提高散斑对比度的关键因素。本文的研究结果可用于数字散斑干涉测试中。
In this paper, several objects with different roughness are measured by different laser based on a Twyman-Green interferometer, and the law of the laser speckle is finally acquired by studying the characteristics of the laser speckle. It is confirmed by theory and experiment that: the key factors of increasing speckle contrast include the applying long wavelength laser and increasing object aperture angle of optical system, and selecting the suitable roughness of measured object surface. The researching results of this paper can be applied in digital speckle interferometrical testing.
