摘要
本文从以下几方面阐述体育舞蹈对健康体适能产生的影响:提高心肺适能、肌肉力量和肌力耐力、柔韧性及控制最佳体脂百分比。以供研究健康体适能的工作者提供一些参考理论依据。
The effects of sport dance on health body adapting capability are developed as the following aspects: improving the adapting capability of cardiorespiratory, muscle strength, muscle endurance, muscle flexibility, and controlling the optimal percentage of body fat. The main purpose is to provide some theoretical references for the relevant researchers.
