摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜和X射线能谱分析等方法对电镀扳手连接件表面黑点产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,连接件表面黑点是由于表面镀层较薄,降低了镀层的耐腐蚀性能,导致连接件在潮湿的大气中局部产生电化学腐蚀,形成穿透型孔洞。
Analysis was performed on the black spot on the surface of electroplated spanner, using metallography, SEM and EDS. The results showed that the reason of the appearance of black spot was because the plated layer was too thin which reduce the corrosion resistance and led to electrochemical corrosion and formed penetration hole.
