法门寺合十舍利塔钢结构安装技术

摘要 法门寺合十舍利塔主体结构为异形钢骨混凝土结构,其结构复杂,工期紧、工程量大,结构测试困难,就位精度高、焊接作业量大等特点导致施工难度大。结合施工难点,介绍了结构吊装施工方案和整个分段吊装过程,并介绍了钢结构安装过程中采取的措施,保证了顺利施工,工程质量、安全、进度各项指标满足要求。 Special-shaped steel reinforced concrete structure was used in main structure for Palms-holding Dagoba of Famen Temple in Shananxi. There were some difficulties during construction, such as complex structure, short construction period, large work quantity, difficult structure testing, high location precision and quantity of welding work. Based on construction difficulties, hoisting scheme and whole multi-sections hoisting process were introduced, as well as measures adopted during steel structure installation. Smooth construction and engineering quality, safety, construction schedule are ensured by mentioned measures.
