从废盐酸溶液制备碱式碳酸锌及磁场效应影响 被引量:3

PREPARATION OF BASIC ZINC CARBONATE FROM WASTE HYDROCHLORIC ACID AND EFFECT OF MAGNETIC FIELD

摘要 研究了在废盐酸溶液中用锌粉置换回收铜、铅等金属得到的氯化锌溶液,采用两步调碱和磁场作用制备碱式碳酸锌。利用化学分析、X衍射和扫描电镜对有关过程及产物进行检测。结果表明:该工艺过程简单,得到可制备活性氧化锌的碱式碳酸锌;磁场作用对碱式碳酸锌的结构及热解产物的粒度产生了有利于活性氧化锌制备的影响。 In the recovery of copper and zinc, etc. from waste hydrochloric acid by zinc powder replacement, zinc chlorinate liquor is obtained. The liquor is treated by twostep basicity modulation and magnetic field effect, obtaining basic zinc carbonate. The results, obtained by chemical analysis, Xray diffraction and scanning electron microscopical observation of the process concerned and products, show that the process flowsheet is simple and can be used to prepare basic zinc carbonate for producing activated zinc oxide. The magnetic field has some effects on the structure of the basic zinc carbonate and the size of thermally decomposed products. The effects are favorable to the preparation of activated zine oxide.
