摘要
达尔富尔问题是苏丹有关各方为争夺自然资源而引发的一场部族冲突,达尔富尔危机不能归罪于中国。中国政府从未回避在达尔富尔问题上的国际责任。中国在达尔富尔问题上的建设性作用已得到包括美国在内的国际社会的广泛赞赏。达尔富尔危机既是对中国非洲外交的一场考验,也在客观上推动了中国对非外交的转型。
Darfur crisis is a racial conflict caused by natural resources competition between the different Sudan tribes. China shouldn＇t be complained about the crisis, for the Chinese government never shirks their responsibility on the issue. China＇s constructive role on Darfur issue has been praised widely by international community, including the United States and UN. Not only is Darfur crisis a big challenge to China＇s policy towards African countries, but also it pushes the transition of China＇s African policy at the same time.
