摘要 [目的]脊柱深部肌肉稳定性训练对慢性腰痛病人的作用。[方法]将20例慢性腰痛病人随机分为2组,A组给予6周传统治疗和脊柱深部肌肉稳定性训练,B组只给予6周传统治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗3周后、6周后采用Aberdeen腰痛量表进行测评。[结果]治疗前后Aberdeen腰痛量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]慢性腰痛病人接受传统治疗加脊柱深部肌肉稳定性训练的康复护理效果优于单纯传统治疗。 Objective: To probe into the effect of backbone deep muscles stability training for patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). Methods: A total of 20 patients with CLBP were divided into 2 groups randomly. Patients of group A were given backbone deep muscles stability training besides traditional treatment. And patients of group 13 were only given 6 weeks of traditional treatment. All patients were evaluated by adopting Aberdeen low back pain scale at 3 weeks, 6 weeks before treatment, and 3 weeks, 6 weeks after treatment respectively. Results: In terms of Aberdeen low back pain scale scores, there were statistical significant differences between before and after treatment of the two groups (P〈0.001). Conclusion: Traditional treatment combining with backbone deep muscles stability training was superior to traditional treatment alone for CLBP patients.
