摘要
目的比较喘息灵胶囊Ⅰ(原方,含马兜铃)和Ⅱ(新方,不含马兜铃)的平喘作用。方法用豚鼠喷雾致喘法和豚鼠离体气管螺条法比较喘息灵胶囊二个样品的平喘作用,用量反应六点法计算其效价比。结果喘息灵胶囊二个样品3个剂量均能明显延长哮喘潜伏期并对离体气管平滑肌具有松弛作用;豚鼠喷雾致喘法的效价比Ⅰ:Ⅱ=1:0.97(95%可信限为0.47—1.47),豚鼠离体气管螺条法的效价比Ⅰ:Ⅱ=1:0.98(95%可信限为0.76—1.20)。结论喘息灵胶囊Ⅰ(原方)和Ⅱ(新方)均有明显的平喘作用,二个样品的效价相当。
Objective To compare the anti-asthmatic effects of Chuanxiling capsulesⅠ ( original prescription, containing Aristolochia debilis Sieb. et Zucc ) and Chuanxiling capsules Ⅱ ( modified prescription, not containing Aristolochia debilis Sieb. et Zucc ). Methods The antitussive effects of Chuanxiling capules Ⅰ and Ⅱ were compared with the method of spray-induced asthma on the guinea pigs and the method of in vitro trachea on the guinea pigs, and calculate the potency ratios with the method of dosage reaction. Results All the three doses of the two capsule samples can prolong the animal' s cough latent period and relieve the in vitro trachea smooth muscle. The potency ratio under the method of spray-induced asthma is Ⅰ : Ⅱ = 1 : 0.97 (95% confidence interval is 0.47 - 1.47 ). And the ratio under the method of in vitro trachea is Ⅰ : Ⅱ = 1 : 0.98 ( 95% confidence interval is 0.76 - 1.20). Conclusion Both Chuanxiling capsules Ⅰ and Ⅱ have the obvious anti-asthma effect and their potency ratios are almost the same.
