摘要 目的研究金钮扣根石油醚部位和醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果从金钮扣根石油醚部位分到3个化合物,分别为二十八烷酸、二十烷酸和β-谷甾醇;从醋酸乙酯部位得到对羟基苯甲酸和β-胡萝卜苷。结论二十八烷酸、二十烷酸、对羟基苯甲酸和β-胡萝卜苷均为首次在该植物中分离得到。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Solanum torvum Swartz. Method Compounds were extracted by 90% ethanol -petroleum ether and acetoacetate, then purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were characterized by NMR and MS. Result and Conclusion Five compounds were identified as octacosanoic acid, eicosanic acid, β- sitosterol,ρ-hydroxybenzcic acid and β-dancosterol. Octacosanoic acid, eicosanic acid, ρ-hydroxybenzcic acid and β-daucosterol were the first reported chemicals in this plant.
