摘要
目的分析"泛糖"前后怀牛膝三萜皂苷类成分的变化。方法采用双波长锯齿扫描法,以齐墩果酸为对照品,λs=665nm,λR=380 nm。结果不同程度"泛糖"牛膝中齐墩果酸的含量分别为:1.52%,1.36%,1.30%,1.25%。结论"泛糖"后牛膝中三萜皂苷的含量降低。
Objective and methods To determine the content of triterpenoid saponins before and after strorage by double wavelength spectrophotometry. The wavelength was 665 nm, and oleanolic acid was used as standard reference material. Results The contents of oleanolic acid varied from 1.25% to 1.52%. Conclusion The contents of triterpenoid saponins decreased after storage.
