介绍了一种用于烤全羊胴体腌渍加工的加压注射罐的设计及要求,工作原理和特点,该设备可推广应用到中小型肉食品加工厂生产烤全羊。
The design requirements, characteristics and working princ, iple of pressure injection tank used for curinging carcass of Baking - sheep was described in this paper. The device could be extended and applied in middle and small meat produc, ts processing factory to produce baking - sheep.
