阐述了学习型组织理论与学习型医院的概念,以时代的要求和医院的发展为着眼点,探讨了创建学习型医院的意义,并根据图书馆在创建学习型医院中的重要作用,论述了建立学习型图书馆的必然性,提出了建立学习型图书馆的方法与措施。
The article described the conception of learnina organization theory. Based on hospital development and new medical demands, the meanina of building learnina hospital was discussed. The important function of building learning library to building learnina hospital was analyzed. Approaches and measures on how to building a learning library were presented.
