摘要 应用GPRS及GIS等技术,设计了具有远程监视功能的电力杆塔防盗系统,实现了对电力杆塔运行状态的实时监控。系统基于主动监防的理念,解决了无法实时发现野外电力设施故障或破坏案件的难题。该系统已成功地投入使用,语音、图像等多媒体数据传输可靠,在野外恶劣条件下运行稳定。 The design of power transmission tower guard against theft and alarm system with remote surveillance function based on GPRS, GIS is presented in this paper. The system realizes realime monitoring of the running state of the power transmission tower. Based on the concept of active defence, the system solves the difficult problem that it is hard to find field power establishment failure or sabotage cases in time. The system has been put into use successfully, the voice, image and the other multimedia data are transported reliably, it can run stably even under terrible condition in the open.
