摘要
目的总结从左房顶部行左房-共同静脉吻合(左房上吻合法)治疗心上型完全性肺静脉异位引流的方法及效果。方法2006年6月～2007年12月作者收治心上型TAPVC6例,均采用左房上吻合法。结果6例均痊愈出院,术后无吻合口狭窄和心律失常等并发症的发生,随访3个月～1年,心功能均正常。结论采用心上吻合法治疗心上型TAPVC,手术操作简单,可减少心律失常等并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of venous anastomisis from left atrium-common venous anastomisis （supracardiac anastomosis） at the top of left atriumin on total anomonous pulmonary venous connection （TAPVC）. Methods Six cases, hospitalized from June in 2006 to December in 2007, were treated by supracardiac anastomosis. Results All the 6 cases recovered. After the operation, no anastomotic stenosis or arrhythmia was ob- served. During the follow-up period （3 months to a year）, the heart function of all the cases were normal. Conclusions Supracardiac anastomosis in treatment of supracardiac type TAPVC is convenient to operate, and can reduce the risk of arrhythmia.
