摘要
经理论分析及试验研究,提出了双层辉光离子渗钨钼手用锯条齿部合金化层含碳量的确定方法,导出渗碳时计算齿部合金化层含碳量的经验公式,通过淬火、回火及切削试验选了了离子渗钨钼手用锯条齿部的最佳含碳量。
The paper presents a method for determining carbon content in alloyed layer of hacksaw teeth produced by ionized W,Mo pentration and an experimented formula for calculation carbon content in alloyed larery in the process of carburizationThrough the cutting experiment and the different quenching tempering process,the optimam carbon content is established
