摘要
随着全国电网的不断互联,系统规模日益增大,低频振荡问题日益突出,严重危及了系统的安全运行,因此,有必要对该问题作全面的认识。介绍了电力系统低频振荡的产生机理,论述了各种抑制低频振荡的措施,包括一次系统策略和二次系统策略,并比较了其优缺点,最后对未来的发展动向作了进一步探讨。
Along with the national electric network continuously interconnected, the scale of power systems is increasingly enlarged and the problem of the low frequency oscillation is prominent day by day, and has badly endangered the safe operation of the system, so, it is necessary to recognize the problem in all-round way. This paper briefly presents the mechanism and all kinds of control policies of the low frequency oscillation of power systems, including the control policies for primary system and secondary system, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. At last, the direction of future development is discussed.
