电极/电解质间Sm掺杂的CeO2夹层的研究进展

摘要 回顾了Sm掺杂的CeO2(SDC)作为固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电极/电解质间夹层,分别在摩尔分数8%的Y2O3稳定的ZrO2(YSZ)基、Sr和Mg掺杂的镓酸镧(LSGM)基和摩尔分数10%Sc稳定的ZrO2(SSZ)基SOFC中的研究进展,讨论了制备方法和工艺对SDC夹层性能的影响。从材料的化学相容性和热膨胀匹配等方面阐述了制备SDC夹层的目的,对SDC夹层大大提高电极性能进行了详尽的机理分析。指明了SDC夹层的重要作用和发展前景。 The history and present developments of Sm-doped CeO2 (SDC) interlayer between electrode and electrolyte, in 8% Y2O3-Stabilized ZrO2(YSZ)-based, Sr-and Mg-doped lanthanum gallate(LSGM)-based, and 10mol% Sc-stabilized ZrO2 (SSZ)-based SOFCs were reviewed respectively and the effect of preparing methods and technologies on the performance of the SDC interlayer was analyzed. Moreover, the purpose of insertion of CeO2 interlayer was interpreted from chemical compatibility and thermal expansion match, and the mechanism about improving prosperities by inserting CeO2 interlayer was revealed. The importance and foreground of utilization as the CeO2 interlayer were indicated.
