摘要
针对当前的教育现状,高职院校需要转变人才培养战略,通过多种方式和途径,积极开展创业教育,培养创业型高职人才:转变教育观念,提升整体认识;培育创业文化,营造创业舆论;构建合理的创业教育体系;优化师资结构;改革教育教学评价模式。
According to the present education situation, higher vocational colleges need to change their strategies of personnel training. They should use kinds of different ways to develop enterprise education actively and cultivate enterprising talents. They should change their education concept, promote the whole cognition, cultivate pioneering culture, build a good air of public opinion, construct reasonable pioneering educational system, optimize teacher construction, and reform educational teaching evaluation modes.
