摘要
中小学体育教师的继续教育应从适应素质教育的要求出发,开展以提高教学能力为重点的短期培训;教师通过教学实践提高教学技能,探索教学规律,逐步提高教学能力;培训的作用是促进学员总结教学经验、感悟教学规律、改变不适应素质教育的教学习惯。
Continuing education of P. E. teachers in primary and middle schools should be based on quality education and the short - term training should be ability - oriented. teaching law, and gradually improve teaching abilities. The By practice, teachers will improve teaching skills, explore role of the training is to urge the trainees to summarize teaching experiences, understand law of teaching and adapt teaching practice to quality education.
