摘要
根据油气田生产实际,按照生产系统及其基础生产单元的架构,论述了如何建立油气田能源效率评价指标体系。该体系有3个层次的能耗指标,包括4个一级指标、10个二级指标和45个三级指标。引入能量因数的概念,运用生产系统可比能耗建立了能源效率评价模型,通过咨询数据的统计分析,确定了基础生产单元的能耗基准值和能量修正系数。通过实例计算和分析,验证了模型的可行性,为油气田企业进行能源效率评价提供了理论依据。
According to the production system and the framework of productive units,the establishment of the energy efficiency evaluation indicator system was introduced. The system is a three-class structure,including four first-class,ten secondary-class and forty-five third-class indicators. The energy efficiency evaluation model was set up by introducing the concept of energy factor and applying comparable energy consumption data of the production system. The basic value of energy consumption and its modified coefficient of productive units were established by statistical analysis of the consultation data. The model was approved to be feasible by sampling calculations and analysis. The model will give theoretic support for energy efficiency evaluation of oil-gas fields.
