摘要
利用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法在石英玻璃基底上成功镀制了稀土离子Eu3+掺杂的YVxP1-xO4和RVO4(0≤x≤1;R=Y,La,Gd)纳米发光薄膜,研究了x值和不同的R3+对Eu3+发光的影响.结果表明,在YVxP1-xO4/Eu3+(0≤x≤1)薄膜中,随着x值的增加,R3+发光强度增大,Eu3+的红橙比随之增大,VO43-的蓝光发射减弱.
YVx P1 - x O4 and RVO4 (0≤x≤1 ; R = Y, La, Gd) nano-luminescence thin films clopecl with me rare earth ions Eu^3+ were successfully prepared by the Pechini sol-gel method on quartz glass substrates and investigated the x value and different R^3 + ions influence on the luminescence of rare earth ions Eu^3 + . It is found that in the thin films of YVxP1-xO4 /Eu^3 + (0≤x≤1 ), the R^3 + emission intensity and the red-to-yellow intensity ratio (R/Y) of Eu^3+ increase as the x value increases,but the blue luminescence emission of VO4^3- decreases.
