摘要
生产过程中的品质实时控制的好坏是影响工业企业生产品质的重要环节。但目前,只有SPC理论存在,市面上的SPC软件不具备无线方式采集、分析生产数据的能力。作者在本项目中综合集成无线通讯、计算机、管理等前沿技术,紧密结合技术创新和商业模式创新,在索威计算机有限公司全体研发人员共同努力下提出并成功研发出国际先进、国内领先、具有自主知识产权的基于无线通讯网络的工业品质实时监控系统。
Quality Real-time Monitoring System is an important link in affecting the industrial product quality. At present, however, there only exists SPC theory. SPC software available in the market does not have wireless collection and capacity of analyzing production data. The author comprehensively integrates the latest technology like wireless communications, computer, and management in this project. By closely combining technological innovation and business model innovation as well as the joint efforts of all Software R ＆ D personnel, they have put forward and successfully developed Industrial Quality Real-time Monitoring System which is advanced in the world and leading at home with independent intellectual property rights based on wireless communication network.
