摘要
采用Photo DSC(光差热扫描)研究了环氧E-51,二芳基碘鎓盐(CD-1012),光敏剂二异丙基噻唑酮(ITX)组成的阳离子光引发体系的紫外固化动力学。考察了CD-1012和ITX的质量分数、聚合温度、光照强度对其光聚合动力学的影响。利用自加速模型和Arrhenius公式计算了CD-1012/E-51体系和ITX/CD-1012/E-51体系的活化能,研究表明光敏剂ITX对CD-1012/E-51体系具有很好的促进作用。
Cationic photo-polymerization systems of epoxy resin E-51 with photoinitiator CD-1012 and photosensitizer ITX were designed for rigidizable inflatable structures. Photo-differential scanning calorimetry (photo-DSC) was used to investigate the photo-curing kinetics for the epoxy resin systems. The influences of mass ratio of E-51 and CD-1012 ,light intensity and temperature on photo-curing kinetics of resin systems were discussed. The activation energies of photopolymerization of CD-1012/E- 51 system and ITX/CD-1012/ E-51 system had been calculated using autocatalytic kinetics model and Arrhenius formulation. The results indicated that ITX could accelerate polymerization of the epoxy resin systems.
