摘要
目的观察豨莶草抗血栓组分对血小板聚集的影响。方法对冰水肾上腺素血瘀模型动物口服腺梗豨莶草抗血栓组分,通过放免测定等方法观察其对血小板聚集功能的影响。结果抗血栓组分能降低血瘀动物血小板的最大聚集率,升高血小板的cAMP/cGMP比值,降低血中TXB2。结论豨莶草抗血栓组分能降低血小板聚集。
Objective To observe the effects of anti-thrombus components administration of anti-thrombus components of Herba Siegesbeckiae to of Herba Siegesbeckiae on platelet aggregation. Methods After oral blood-stasis rats induced by ADP, the platelet aggregation, including cAMP and cGMP levels in platelet, and plasma thromboxane B2 (TXA2) 6-Keto-PGF1α level, were observed to study the possible antithrombotic mechanisms. Results The anti-thrombus components can inhibit platelet aggregation possibly by increasing the cAMP/cGMP level in platelet, decreasing plasma thromboxane B2 level. Conclusion The anti-thrombus components can inhibit platelet aggregation.
