摘要
目的观察通络利水中药内服配合腹腔白细胞介素-2(IL-2)注射治疗恶性腹水的疗效以及不同原发肿瘤所致恶性腹水间的疗效差异。方法对32例由消化系统肿瘤并发的癌性腹水患者给予口服通络利水中药,并联合腹腔注射IL-2进行治疗。疗程结束后分别对腹水治疗疗效以及患者生存质量改善情况进行评价和分析。结果所有接受治疗的患者中,胃癌、大肠癌所致的腹水治疗疗效以及患者生存质量改善情况较好,显著优于肝癌所致的腹水(P<0.05)。结论通络利水中药内服配合腹腔IL-2注射治疗某些消化系统肿瘤导致的癌性腹水,效果较为满意。
Objective To observe the efficacy of oral administration of collateral-dredging and diuresis-inducing herbs as well as intraperitoneal injection of IL-2 on malignant ascites due to digestive neoplasms, and to compare the difference of efficacy among the various kinds of protopathy. Methods Thirty-two subjects were orally given collateral-dredging and diuresis-inducing herbs as well as the IL-2 by intraperitoneal injection. After treatment, both the efficacy to ascites and the improvement of the patients＇ life quality were evaluated and analyzed. Results Among all the patients, the efficacy and the improvement in life quality of patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer were more evident than those with the liver cancer. Conclusion Combined application of collateral-dredging and diuresis-inducing herbs and intraperitoneal injection of IL-2 can acquire satisfactory results in the treatment of some kinds of malignant ascites.
