摘要
目的:通过对粘质沙雷氏菌最适宜培养条件的筛选,进一步指导灵杆菌素生产提高收率和质量。方法:以发酵液吸光度和菌体干重作为发酵的评价指标,通过单因素和多因素试验的方法学手段,对粘质沙雷氏菌发酵过程中各种营养因素影响进行考察。结果:培养基各种组分对粘质沙雷氏菌发酵培养过程影响显著,碳源、氮源和生长因子影响较为明显。结论:最佳培养基配比为:葡萄螗0.8%、蛋白胨0.8%、氯化钠0.6%、KH_2PO_40.4%、K_2HPO_4 0.1%、酵母膏0.6%。
Objective: To further direct the production of prodigiosin and increase yield coefficient and output by selecting the optimal culture condition of Serratiamarcescens. Methods: zymotie fluid absorbency and dry weight of Serratiamarcescens were as evaluating indicator to verify the effect of kinds of nutrition factor in fermentation by the methodology method of the single factor and orthogonal tests. Results: Kinds of components can observably effect the result of fermentation, especially carbon source, nitrogen source and nutrilit. Conclusion: The best medium for fermentation was set by single and orthogonal test: gluctose 0.8% ,peptone 0.8%, ,Nacl 0.6% ,KH2PO4 0.4 % ,K2HPO4 0.1%, yeast extract 0.6%,
