摘要
在变频机组的常见故障中,转子断条故障是变频机常见故障之一,严重时会造成重大的经济损失和恶劣的社会影响。转子断条故障会在定子电流中产生故障特征频率分量,在起动过程中,此特征频率分量不易被工频分量淹没,有利于提取。利用Matlab建立变频机转子故障模型,利用小波脊线对定子电流分析并提取了转子故障特征。仿真实验证明在变频机起动过程中小波脊线能够很好地提取转子故障特征,实现了转子断条故障的实时诊断。
Rotor bar-broken fault is one of ordinary faults of frequency converter sets which will brings big economic loss and bad society effect. The fault will result in fault characteristic component in stator current. In the start-up period, the component can be extracted easily because the characteristic frequency component is different from normal frequency. Rotor fault model of frequency converter sets is established by Matlab. Stator current is detected by Wavelet Bridge and fault characteristics are extracted. Simulation test proved that wavelet bridge can extract rotor fault characteristic easily, which realize the diagnosis of frequency converter sets.
