摘要
利用时域有限差分法研究了平板光子晶体的禁带特性。通过模拟仿真得出,随着棒结构和孔结构的平板光子晶体厚度的增加,其禁带宽度先增大后减小,存在最大值。对于棒结构的平板光子晶体来说,随着介质柱的半径的增大,禁带宽度逐渐减小。而对于孔结构的平板光子晶体来说,随着孔的半径的增大,禁带宽度逐渐增加。
The characteristic of forbidden band of planer photonic crystal has been studided by finite-difference time- domain(FDTD) method. Through simulation, we find that with the thickness of dielectric stick structure and air hole structure increase, the forbidden band first increases, and then decreases, there exists a maximum value. Moreover, for the dielectric stick structure, the band width will reduce while the radius of the dielectric stick increase, and for air hole structure, the band width will increase while the radius of the air hole increase.
